Rachael

Rachael has been a member of the team since 2014. She earned her Pharmacy Technician
Technical Diploma from Lake Shore Technical College, as well as a Medical Secretary
Diploma and Health Unit Coordinator Certificate from Minnesota State College Southeast
Technical.

Before joining CACC, Rachael gained experience working as both a Pharmacy Technician
and a Health Unit Coordinator. She brings a strong background in healthcare support, along
with a passion for client service and marketing. Rachael especially enjoys expanding her
knowledge of pet care and being part of a team that feels like family. Her dedication to
helping clients better understand and care for their pets is a key part of her role.

Outside of work, Rachael loves baking, crafting, and spending quality time with her family
and friends, and her dog, Zoey.
